Hi Hi,
I get this info from one of the website, so just would like to share it with others overhere. Just would like to alert peoples out there.
Ms. Bronnie Ware has worked with the dying for many years. She recently detailed the top 5 regrets that people have on their deathbed on her blog
(http://www.inspirationandchai.com/Regrets-of-the-Dying.html).
While we are all bound to have some regrets in life, here are the top 5.
1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
Ware said that this was the most common regret of all. It’s easy to let our dreams slip by due to circumstances or decisions that we’ve made. These choices mark the divide between living a fulfilled life or one that is full of regrets.
It’s important that we aim to achieve at least some of our dreams along the way. We often put off trying for our dreams due to a myriad of reasons. Before we know it, we would have lost our health and therefore, our chance to attain them.
If your dream is to start a business, get to it. If it’s to learn how to dance or try skydiving, book a class. If you want to make music, pick up a guitar.
Don’t put it off any longer.
2. I wish I didn’t work so hard.
In between having ends meet and aiming for a luxurious lifestyle, it’s easy to see why we get caught up with our work.
Ware said that this was a common regret of male patients who didn’t manage to spend enough time with their family.
It’s easy to get caught up in the rat race, but remember to set aside some time for the important things in life. Most importantly, you will have to understand why you do what you do. Is it for your own personal achievement, for family, or for a higher calling?
3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
Hands up anyone who has suppressed their feelings in order to avoid potential embarrassment or argument.
Avoiding arguments is good for a harmonious life, but the problem comes when we take it too far. When we blindly follow the opinions of someone more assertive just to avoid arguments, we’re shortchanging ourselves.
While it’s understandable that we use Twitter and blogging to rant about things we are unhappy with, do remember that talking about it face-to-face is always a more sincere option.
So if an issue is major enough, try approaching the person for an honest and frank chat. We’re not saying that the talk will be smooth sailing, but your relationships will emerge stronger and healthier.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
It’s easy to lose touch with good friends. A busy lifestyle can take away time from the ones you love. This is where technology comes in.
With services like Facebook, WhatsApp and Yahoo! Messenger, it’s easy to keep tabs on old friends. Talking to friends is so effortless today that we have no reason to let staying in touch with friends take a backseat.
At the end of the day though, nothing beats chatting over a cup of coffee. So always remember to occasionally take things offline and catch up with your friends the old fashioned way.
5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
‘Many don't realize until the end that happiness is a choice’, said Ware in her blog post.
This is very true. Happiness is something that we choose for ourselves. Many get upset over the circumstances in their lives. What they do not realize is that they can choose to face difficulties with a smile.
Take a moment and enjoy life. If difficulties come your way, remember that pain is inevitable but wallowing in misery is always optional.
Choose to be happy.
Hope you love the sharing. Namaste.

Quantum Physics and Buddhism.
Today, I read an article from FB that shared by a friend. It mentioned that Buddhism is related with Science. It has very closely related.
Yes, I heard that before and earlier I do read up some article on this as well.... about 极乐世界. It also mentioned that 极乐世界 is around us too (and is not somewhere we can't see and reach)....... And from some articles, it also mentioned about universe is related with us and is mentioned in the Sutra as well......
But the new thing that I just get to know is Quantum Physics. I am curious with what they are trying to say..... so I log into google and do some searching..... and yes, I saw some video clip. And I feel wow...... the explaination is so clear.
If you don't understand what is Buddhism, you may want to study what is Quantum physics..... haha.....
Actually, I also believe that other religion also have their relation with Science too. (Everything is possible and is no longer impossible.)
When we don't go in depth to understand things, we just believe it by faith. But when we keep doing research and experiment, then we just understand things as it is. There is a saying "佛法就是智慧. 是智信,不是迷信".
Personally think that this does not only apply in Buddhisim, it is applying to anything and everything.
Last time, when I commited myself as a buddhism, I tried very hard to be a vegetrain. At time, I even feel that I am a buddhism so I must be a vegetrain (although it is not necessary). I tried to be vegetrain for a few mths, but after that give up. I believe in Buddhism, so I have strong believe in it, so I must this and I must that....... This is called faith (to me).
But right now, my view is different.
Last year, I just naturally become a vegetrain.... without force, without faith, without thinking it is a duty to me, without thinking of I must not KILL animals and so on.
I use "naturally", is because it just goes naturally. Is a kind of willingness within myself without any reason behind it. Not because I want to be more healthy, not because I want to save the earth, not because I am a buddhism, not because I must not KILL animals. It just goes like that ____.
And in the Quantum Physics, it mentioned about our mind power - the will power. If we strongly create certain thinking in our mind. It will create stronger and stronger enegry within ourseleve in that believe. It can be positive thinking or negative thinking is depend on the moment you think.
Is a very interesting topic to study too.... :D
In my buddhism path, I don't always rely on buddhism books. I don't always just read those buddhism book or sutra. Sometimes, I love to read some other spritual or more scientific proven book as well. So that at least you know what you learn is it relevant or not. I like to do experiment within myself too..... and that is a greatest fun to do so. You proof what you learn and understand more deeper.
I ever heard a western monk saying that "Every religion reach the top of the mountain, the only different is the path that reach the top." I always believe on this too...... Even you don't have any religion, but if you have that kind of will power / mind power, you can reach the top of the mountain too.
Why I choose buddhism, is because there are inter relation with it.

Preception
Today, our part time operator come to our office to do some semi final production work. She is a 50+ lady, single and staying in her HDB house with her younger sister. She had been out of job for more than a year.
During the past one year, she is doing part time job with us only. And we only need her once a mth for about a day. Sometime if she is lucky, we might need her for a week the most.
So today, out of sudden, I asked her:" Don't you feel boring sitting at home and do nothing?" Then she replied:"What nothing, there are plenty thing for me to do." "I visit my sisters, meeting friends, watching TV programe, washing clothes and house work." "Actually, I can be busy with it for the whole day."
And I suddenly realise :"Oh ya, what she said is correct too. Doesn't mean she is not working that mean she is loboing at home." I always heard my friends or reatives said singles are always very free. They always thought we are "宅男宅女". Then if they know that we are always busy with other things, then they will comment "wow, you busy is because of such things arh?" (to them they feel meaningless).
We human always have a preception. We think that ppls without job will be very slack and just lazy around. We think that ppls are singles are the most free person in the world because they do not have another commitment. We think that they just simiply doing things that are meaningless. (When I write this, it might be my preception as well.... but just know it. :)
But in meditation, as long as you know what you are doing in your daily life; You know your every moment to moment movement, thinking, action; No matter what you do as long as you know, it is called meaningful.
We always like to categorize this and that kind of people in our daily life including myself too. There are someone that I know, she told me:"Don't understand why those religion person are asking for money from the public." "Why are they waiting for the devotees to give them money?" "Why don't they just work for money themseleve."
Because she is just a layman, so my answer to her is:"If you look at they are teaching you something, and you can use it in daliy life. Then they are working for their own money." And then she keep quite.
Yes, of course I understand why they don't understand this and that. And my answer can be more than what I have explained to her. But to me, I just want to simplied things and let her know in a very simple way get her understand.
We always drop in to perception trap....... I always drop into it and always need a very long ladder to climb it out too...... haha......
We always dig our own trap..... haha.... I always laugh at myself when I realise it. :D
What I write here is not to crictise anyone, just want to remind myself do not drop into the trap if I read it again. Human are forgetful......

Meditation is really a mircale.
Meditation is really mircale........ It is speechless; It is soundless; It is unexplainable. The only things is you can only feel strongly within yourself.
After learning meditation, you see things in different way, different view. You clearly see things as impermanent. Things arise and things gone....... in every moment and moment. We always have a wrong concept that things is permanent. Even you understand things are impermanent, but at time, you will forget and drop into the "permanent" trap again. Everytime you need a big effort to pull yourself up from the trap and this is impermanent too!
Learning Meditation is not a day thing. It is not a week thing and it is not a year thing. It is a life time thing, or even a few lifes time thing..........
Meditation doesn't mean sit down there an do nothing too! Is a daliy practices...... Daliy practice on mindfulness..... Mindful when you eat, sleep, work, walk, drink, play...... everything. Mindful in every moment.
It is not a matter your meditation method is better or my meditation method is better. Fully understand everyone is a unique body, method "A" might be better for me but not others! How do I know it? Because I do some experiment with my friends.......
E.g when I read a book, and get some inspriation in it..... but when I pass it to my friends, they don't feel anything.
E.g when I drag a friend to learn certain meditation with me because I benefit from it, but to her, she didn't get any!
Everyone have their own karma..... only they themseleve know themseleve better.

The purpose of life
真的被我说中了!In my earlier blog, I mentioned about various kind of mediation in the market right? Do you still recall?
Yesterday, one of my friends came to me. She knows I am learning yoga, relaxation technique and mediation. So she asked me is there any one day course on mediation or relaxation technique.
Then I tell her, mediation is a whole life thing / even a few lifes things. It is not just a 1 day course can settle everything. So I propose a 4 lesson classes to her. 4 classes of Metta mediation, on every Sunday, and the timing are about 1.5hrs for each class. Actually, if total up, is just only 6hrs course. And I propose another 10 continous course for her.
And yet her answer is....... huh..... sorry I can’t commit so many days. I need to do this, I need to do that....... no lah, I can’t. If there is a 1 day course and I can do my mental cleaning that will be good. I can't sleep at night, so I need to relax my mind..... I didn't want to think about the movie in mind.... but it just automatically appear....... and so on and so for.
Then I ask her:"can I meet up with you and talk to you personally." and she said:"I don't have 心事 leh!" We are communicating through MSN..... so what she means is she don't feel a need to talk to me on her insomia issue.
And I was like...... *dae*......Huh! Do you mean that you want to clean your mental problems and yet you don’t want to commit in courses? You are asking for a helping hand, but you don't rise out your hands? You are seeking for doctors and yet refusing to eat the medicine?
I was like ...... *dae*.....*dae*......*dae*........ What you really want in your life? Do you know?
This world is really like what I have mentioned in earlier blog, everybody want things to be in instant.......quick, quick and more quick........ but yet don’t know what they want in life; Don’t know what they need in life; Don’t know what they learn in life.
It doesn't means that I know everything I want, need and learn in life..... but at least I already understand the path of "the purpose of life". At least I am still putting effort in it.
But that is the nature of beings...... start from don't know. From there if they continuously don't give up, finally, they will realize more inner self and that will be the beginning of "The purpose of life".
Actually, in mind I know who I can recommend her to. I have another friend so call herself as a "healer"...... she do guided meditation to heal the patient.......... but to me, she definitly is not the right teacher.
But after a while, I remember what my teacher Jason said:”some of the teachers are served as transistion, some are introduction, some of blinds but good heart, some are really evils. When the time is right, one shall be leaded to the right teacher or techniques which open the gate of inner kingdom.”
So I am just a tool for her........ whether did I connect her to her right teacher....... is base on her fate already. Maybe this connection is her way of planting the meditation seeds into her life. Or maybe she don't even want to meet up with this "healer" too!
May all beings always able to meet the right teachers and friends.......
P/S : I have got the reply from my teacher Jason on below blog, but I decide not to share with others over here. Sorry about it.

给老师的一封信
Subject : Meditationsssss.
Hi Teacher Jason,
How are you lately?
First of all, would like to wish you be well and happy.
Lately, there is various kind of meditation come to my attention. It is either hear from someone or read from somewhere about different kind of meditations. This make me do some thinking, and would like to discuss and seek for your opinion.
As you know we are doing volunteering at Children Home, and there is a volunteer in our team who learn and teach Angel Healing and Magnified Healing. One Saturday, she give us a guided Angel Healing Meditation so we just try it out.
After the meditation, I personally feel that it is abit similar like loving kindness Meditation. Asking for forgiveness, asking to let go and love one another.
And then lately, I read from some web and realise that in the market, there are so many kinds of Meditation courses such as Charka Sound Meditation, Dynamic Meditation, Kundalini Meditation, No-Dimension Meditation and ………..
After reading it, I saw my mind start working. One side, it is curious about all this different kinds of meditation. And on the other side, it say remain as simple as possible. Don’t upload too many things and ended up get confused. Just continue with what I am learning in Vipassana Meditation. (Lately, I can understand more clearly how it works and realise more interesting things.)
I personally, feel that right now in the market, there are too many fanciful “names” and “products” on meditation. It is like demand and supply. When people ask for more “instant” demand, and so “creative” supply is there. At the end of the day, are they still talking about the same thing? Vipassana?
Nowsaday, people want things to be fast, fast and more fast. Everything is instant, and so all these “instant product” are cater for those instant people. Cater for those people who always fancy with more “outward” world instead of insight.
But on the other hand, I have another view and that is,”Will these instant products, cause a person to open up their potential much more faster? 更容易开窍?”
Namaste,
